About PublicLeads

PublicLeads sells ready-made lists of businesses by industry and place — one city, one state or province, or a whole country. Today the database holds 971,233 operational businesses across 80 industries in United States, Canada and Australia; 295,467 of them have a business email. You pay once ($9 a city, $19 a state or province, $99 a country, USD) and download Excel and CSV files right away. There is no subscription.

Records come from our own crawl of public Google Business Profiles: business name, phone, address, website, Google rating and review count. Business email addresses are found by crawling each company’s own website, and are checked by SMTP where that check has run (each file marks the result). Records describe businesses — there are no personal contact names.

Data is refreshed quarterly. Each file is built from the database at the moment you download it, and if a list you bought grows later, the updated file is sent to you free.

It is not an opt-in marketing list and not a person-level database. Buyers decide how the law applies to their own outreach — see Compliance & Responsible Use. A listed business can ask to be removed at Remove My Business.
